Nausea help. Ginger?

Question

I know ginger is good for nausea. 
I heard ginger altoids were wonderful during pregnancy but they aren't at target/walmart does anybody know what store I can find some at?

The best thing I figured out for nausea is homemade ginger tea, ginger ale or store bought ginger tea didn't work because most of them don't actually have real ginger in them. so I literally bought a ginger root from Wegmans and I slice it or grate it into hot water with lemon and a little sugar.  Helped SO much

I've seen a lot of ginger candies/products at Cost Plus.  Trader Joe's has ginger candies although don't know specifically ginger altoids but I do know they have ginger mints (in my purse right now). I've taken ginger capsules from Whole Foods (also can get them on Amazon) when I would get nauseous.

Don't have ginger on an empty stomach...it can actually cause nausea.
