I don't understand help me out

Ok my period stopped the 14th I had sex the 16th now I'm cramping today the 19th and it came from out of no where and they are a bit intense but not lasting very long just long enough to say hey and so long am I coming on my period or could I be conceiving HELP ME OUT LADIES
