If you had a 2 vessel cord, did your dr suggest inducing at 39 weeks??

Found out today my dr week induce me at 39 weeks because of the 2 vessel cord that is attached to my baby girl! Just curious if anyone else (who had been through this) had the same experience!

My SIL went to 42 weeks with a 2 vessel cord. Some doctors like to induce healthy babies at 39 weeks so that its planned 😒 id research the pros and cons and if you come to the conclusion its not best then refuse it.

My baby had 2 vessel cord. We were induced at 37w due to gestational hypertension. 2.5 days of induction lead to emergency c section because his heart rate dropped. It's not uncommon for SUA babies to be C section because they don't always handle the stress of labor well.
