Pain & sex

I've been with my man for about a year or so, we have sex regularly some times 2 times a day, but the past week or so I've been noticing my vagina isn't getting as wet as it was before, it could be a side effect of my medication that I'm on, I also noticed that I have some redness around my labia and near my ass and it hurts to pee it's never happened before this Idk what it is, I've had it once or twice before with my ex but that was caused by tearing and it wasn't like this, not sure what to do, I am std and stI free, was just tested. I get tested every 1-3 months due to my birth control and having the issues with my shallow vagina and my tilted pelvis and hips... But I also noticed my cervix is so low to my vaginal opening its like right there, can't even get my first knuckle up there... Someone please help
