Anyone have GD?

I'm 99% sure I have GD this time. I've been tracking my sugars because I have a racing heart and dizziness and honestly they're really high. I go in tomorrow to take my first glucose test instead of my next appointment in two weeks. For those of you who have it, how has it affected your pregnancy?
