Just came back home after the detailed scan. Not sure if the scan is pessimistic as when the scan was done, they realized that there is an additional vessel in the baby's heart. I will need a specialist to scan the heart again next week. Currently, I'm feeling very down and eyes are pretty swollen due to crying....anyone encounter this situation before? As we are unfamiliar on how the heart functions and what does the extra blood vessel affect the growing of baby now and in future..can anyone give me some advice?
