The struggle is real!
Woke up about 10 minutes ago, yet I can't get up lol
I've had such bad sciatic nerve pain this week. Well, today I can't hardly move and get out of bed. so I'm just hanging out here for a little longer. Lately when I sneeze I sound ridiculous it's a sneeze then a small little scream after from the pain. I laugh it off but man THIS hurts.
Anybody have any tips on controlling this pain for tips to lighten the pain at all? I know you can't prevent it but maybe manage it?
