Am I crazy or...

I started tracking my ovulation in October since my fiancée and I would like to start trying for kiddos. Since I came off BC, my period lasted 10 days. According to Glow, my "ovulation" days were 10/31 - 11/4. We had intercourse twice during that period and then a few times after.

I am now 36 days since the 1st day of my last period and wondering what is going on? I've take 3 pregnancy tests that resulted in a BFN ?... Any ideas of what is going on?
