Pregnancy carpal tunnel
I'm 25 weeks today and for about the last 2 weeks, I get a painful tingling in my left arm & hand. Talked to the dr yesterday and he said its carpal tunnel. Was told to elevate when it gets bad and a wrist brace may help. It's disturbing my sleep mostly. Anyone else deal with this and have any suggestions that may lessen the symptoms?
