Ok, after a bit of advice please. I had a 4th degree tear with my first baby last April and I'm pregnant with no2 now. I have been advised to have a c-section but I have my heart set on natural. I'm thinking carefully about it and exploring all options. Anyway, today I did a bit of perineum massage to soften my scars. Hours later, I went for a wee, wiped and saw blood. First I thought it was my haemorrhoids 🙈 but on closer inspection it is actually a very small tear along my original scar... It bleed a bit and I would say it's around 2mm in size. Does this mean I should just forget about natural birth as I can't even massage the area without tearing, let alone squeeze out a baby 😔or is it quite normal?! Thank you. X
