My parents are long divorced (since 1994), but I am close with both of them and my stepmother/father. I feel lucky to have basically 2 sets of parents who believe in me and wish the best. Here's the problem: my parents are aging, and my step mom and step father have chronic health issues. My step mom Lynne has stage 1 cancer (colon, currently undergoing radiation) and my step father Steve has a form of leukemia that can be managed by medication and avoiding ill people.

I am being pressured to conceive. What can I do?
