Not if the doc didn't request hcg be run and they will only run what the doc tested. If it was just drawn you can call and ask if the doc can add it and if they havnt destroyed the left over sample yet they might be able to still run it.

If they run an HCG test then yes. But they do not normally run that unless they want to give you a medication or test that might cause problems in a pregnancy.
