I need so advice

I'm have anemia, for about 7 years now, and it's bad sometimes. Well this morning I felt very nauseous, and dizzy and weak. When I vomited it was pure bright yellow liquid, and I felt even me weak. My grandmother gave me pepto. I went to sleep and I still feel nauseous.

So my question is, should I go to the hospital? Or should I wait it out?
