So I traveled to Florida for my grandmothers funeral this past weekend and returned with a very bad cold. Any ideas on what I can take without jeopardizing my baby. I have taken Emergen-C but did not want to over do the intake of the recommended 2,000mg a day for Vitamin C. I have been looking for homeopathic options and found this but still not sure how safe it is to take. Any thoughts? This is my 1st little one and want to make sure I have a healthy and safe pregnancy. Ladies any thoughts about this product or has anyone taken this before?
