Crossfit question?!

Wondering if you can still do crossfit during pregnancy, anyone on here do it?

Being that Crossfit is a little hardcore,  you should probably clear it with your OB first.  When I asked my OB about working out,  she said keep on doing what have been doing.  But I do tame stuff like squats,  lunges,  weights.

If it's a workout your body is already accustomed to, it's likely fine unless your doctor tells you otherwise. I just wouldn't push harder than you normally do. I was still strength training (not crossfire, but lifting, jumping etc) until my midwife told me to back off due to placenta previa.

34 weeks and still crossfitting 4 days a week. 3 others in my gym are preggers too, including a coach. As long as you were doing it before you're fine to continue.
