Severe Heartburn?

Does anyone know of any other medications other than tums I get really bad heartburn even if I haven't eaten anything I consume at least 3 tums every day not including night time. I haven't been eating or drinking junk I've been eating good healthy stuff and nothing past 6pm so idk why it's this bad. Any advice?

Apple cider vinegar!!!!

1 Tbsp ACV (with the "mother")
Juice of 1/2 lemon
5-8 drops liquid stevia
1 cup chilled water

It's a miracle drink... My hubby and I swear by it!  Drink it every morning, first thing!

I took Zantac twice a day. Only thing that helped

Zantac is completely safe. My OB also said I could take omeprazole (Prilosec) was fine too.

My midwife recommend papaya enzymes. I've not tried this.  Eating very small "meals" almost snack size all day instead of your usual 3 meals helps too.
