I have insulin resistance, where I'll skip a month of my period which means I don't ovulate each month, my question is.. how can I tell when I ovulate? My app said I ovulated last week but I'm just not too sure... is there anything I can do to help figure this out? Hubby and I have been trying for 2 and a half years and we're at the point of giving up.. it's stressing both of us out. Advice?
