Advice please?!?! 😔

I'm 4 days late, feeling super moody, my teeth and gums hurt, my lower back is killing me and I had sporting 10 days after we had sex, it was dark brown on Tuesday and Wednesday really little, nothing like my regular period usually I have to use super absorbency tampons this time I used one each day and just the tip was tinted. I have been taking test but they come back negative! I'm so frustrated! I'm never late and we've been trying. For 3 years, I hope I'm pregnant and the tests start showing it!
