It's just the same as regular sex. Just make sure to put a towel down or do it in the shower. Sometimes it can even help with the cramps.

I have sex on my period and its never been a issue. I always let my boyfriend know im on my period before anything happens so he knows what he is getting into. He doesn't mind it either. Sometimes you bleed sometimes you don't, it just all depends. Be careful about bed sheets or anything you don't want to get stained. 
Maybe take a shower afterwards lol
