Implanon/periods.

Hi, I had my implanon implant out just over 3 weeks ago, I was bleeding all the time whilst it was in so had it taken out early. When having it taken out I was having brown discharge that I just assumed is old blood. The discharge stopped 2 days after and I had intercourse on the 3rd day. About 2 days after that I started ovulating again as normal. But now I'm having brown spots of discharge yet again with cramps. Is this just another clear out of the old blood? I'm not sure when I'm due on my period as was always on with the implanon. If anyone knows what's happening or been through the same thing then please answer. Thanks xx
