Paranoid?

This is my second kid so I thought I'd know all the signs and when to worry or not to worry but I don't know. Earlier this month I went to the hospital for the stomach bug and they checked on Little Wyatt with the heartbeat thingy cause he wouldn't hold still for them to monitor him regularly. His heartbeat was 146-157 so they wrote down 157. I went to my monthly check up the week after and he was checked again with the heartbeat of 132. I asked if he was ok cause that's a big drop but she said a normal heartbeat is 120-160 and not wo worry. But now I've noticed lack of movement from Wyatt, he still moves just not as much, and I called and they said its normal because he's running out of space to move. Am I being paranoid? Should I be worrying? My next appointment is 2 weeks away.
