You may talk to your ob about a prenatal with less iron if constipation is a big issue for you.

My husband used it. He has a twisted colon. It does work but consistency is key; you have to be using before the constipation to prevent it. Otherwise it takes longer than he would like. My husband hated it. It's really just intense sugar water.

He resorted to a few water therapies . . . Ahem. Uses miralax sparingly and extra magnesium.

I hope kiddo gets my colon 😢

People with liver issues take this to rid their bodies of ammonia. My patients usually go with in an hour of taking 30mLs.
