I'm going through the exact thing right now after a long term relationship, and I know how much it hurts to feel like they're over you and you're stuck in that rut! I've found that appreciating my friends and family and spending more time with them helps. Go out for a girly meal and chill out, dont allow yourself to lie at home doing nothing, try to stay busy, sending lots of hugs X
