Woke up crying

So I just woke up crying hysterically... They don't lie when thy tell you that you're cooking a human. I can't stand these heat spells that I keep waking up with. I feel like nothing I do makes me feel better. My house has to constantly be freezing for my fiancé and showers are even cold to him now too. What do I do to at least ease this up? I drink FREEZING water and I even CRAVE ice. I eat ice all the time. I don't know what to do😩
