First Ultrasound ❤️

I'll be 7 weeks. I went about a week ago thought I was 6 weeks only saw a thick lining of the uterus so she said I'm about 5 weeks instead. So I go back Thursday. I've been in twice this week for blood work. As far as I know everything has been rising right. I think they'll call back Monday. But my point in this is with a vaginal us can you hear the babies heart beat? Can you hear it at all at 7 weeks?
