Feeling so alone 😞

I feel soo alone right now I do have a partner but I feel like I'm in my own little world alone.

I live 120 miles away from any family and don't have any friends or anyone I can talk to. I'm trying to foster my sisters kids and have the social worker coming out Monday to start the process. Today we spent sorting the house out, which resulted in him having a right go at me and saying he doesn't was the kids here. Sorry to rant but I just needed it.
