Taking a bath while on your period?😖

I feel terrible. And bloated and ugh.

it's completely fine & normal. nothing comes out when you're submerged in water. water pushes the blood up. same with swimming, you don't even need a tampon when you're in the water but it's safer to wear one for when you get out of the water. If you have cramps or are bloated, a nice hot bath is actually a great idea. it'll soothe your cramps and relax your body.

Why let your period, stop you from being hygenic. Having a warm bath or shower will help ease cramping, etc.

I do bleed in the water so if I need a bath to relax a little I just wear a tampon.

I looooove taking a hot bath especially on my period. It honestly relaxes me and eases my cramps. You don't even really bleed while you're sitting in the tub.
