Depends on ur insurance. My insurance won't until I'm 28 weeks. So I went to edgepark.com ordered it faxed over my consent form n they called my insurance n my doctor to get prescription in personally had no copay but they said I have to be 28 weeks.. so  more weeks n they will approve b ship it.. there's really no right or wrong time ..whenever

ASAP. I learned from having a preemie that it's good to have it by 25 weeks just in case. Which hopefully you won't need it that early. But I will be getting mine this coming week just to be safe.

I called my insurance at 20 weeks and got the pump in 3 days. It really depends on your inaurance. They all require different things. Mine all they needed was my doctor's name.

I just received mine in the mail this week, and I'm 21 weeks. Never too early to order. If you use edgepark.com, they work with the insurance directly on their specific policy and when it can be sent out.
