I got off the pill in July 2015. I didn't get my period again. I waited 6 months and then called my doctor to ask what the heck was going on. I'd had a day or two of random spotting but that was it. I went to see my doctor in January and she referred me to a specialist. I saw the reproductive endocrinologist in March and he did ultrasound and bloodwork. His final diagnosis was pcos and since I'm otherwise healthy, I got to start treatment that day. I did a week of provera to start my period and then started on Femara. Feel free to ask questions! :)

I didn't have a period for 11 months after going off hormonal contraceptive. My first was conceived the following month.
