7 wks, bleeding and spotting for a week

Hi, need help from all of you who had been in the same boat.

I miscarriaged last year, and finally found that im pregnant again. I have been bleeding about 1.5 panty liners 3 times in a week, and spotting for a week now.

I went to my doc, and he just told me to bed rest. Thanks God that I was able to see the heartbeat of my little baby yesterday and two weeks ago.

I have been bed resting, but the bleeding and spotting keeps coming.

I'm scared that i might lose my little baby.
