I've been sexually active for awhile now and haven't gone to the gynocologist because I'm afraid of them. I know I've had a dick in me but I'm afraid of having this metal thing that opens me up inside. Help?

It's really not that bad. Take an ibuprofen before hand just for any discomfort. I am also pretty open about myself and my body, so I don't really find it awkward or nerve racking to have a doctor poke around in there. I am also undergoing lasik hair removal in my bikini zone so it just prepares me even more

It only hurts if you tighten your muscles up (and its barely any pain) but just relax your muscles and it slides right in and you dont feel anything. It barely openes up either like a inch at most. And its in there for like 5 seconds
