I am doing at home insemenation with frozen donor sperm. I took some ovulation tests. May 20th is taken at 17:00h, May 21th is taken at 14:00h. May 22th at 8:00h. When to start counting the hours if ovulation takes place 24 to 36 hours after a positive ovulation test? When to inseminate the sperm? I was thinking around 10:00h and maybe at 14:00h again.. I have heard that frozen sperm stays 12 hours. What do you think? When should I inseminate?
