Cramping

Good morning ladies I'm wondering if you can help me out I've been getting cramping pains since last night not constantly just two or three times last night for about 5 minutes they lasted. Then this morning I woke up with cramping again but I had to go to the bathroom (you know what I mean) so that might've been it. But idk if it might have been something I ate or something else. Should I buy some medicine for it of something I have an appointment tomorrow so I'll definitely bring this up.
