Items for an epidural free l&d
So my hubby and I have gradually been buying items and wanted to know anyone else had some other ideas of what I can add to my list. I currently have
Aroma diffuser for essential oils (lavender, orange, grapefruit and peppermint), birthing balls, foot massager, heating pad, scale massager, trying to get some songs together to provide a relaxing environment as well... Any other ideas? Also sorry please don't ask why I'm trying no to have an epidural. I will not answer lol thanks all!!!☺️
