How long to abstain before iui?

Question

So tomorrow I have my ultrasound to check my follicles. And I will most likely be given the trigger shot then. So iui will be on Tuesday or Wednesday probably.

Hubby has a low count with low morphology. So how long should we abstain for iui?

Our morphology gets worse the more days we wait! Example--our last out we had 6 million post wash the first day and 24 hours later we had 18 million after wash! So weird but they must get damaged the longer we wait
