I know this might sound stupid so apologies... The month I conceived I had ovulation pain on my right side... I've had a few twinges on my left which seem strange so got worried it's ectopic as I'm high risk due to PID. But then I thought, would that even be possible for it to be in my left tube if I ovulated from my right? Again I know this might be an obvious answer but I just want someone to confirm it for me! Or is there any way you can have ovulation pain from the opposite side you ovulate from??
