When is the appropriate time to start doing a registry ? We recently found out the gender and I'm so excited to shop! I'm only 18 weeks and I'm just so ready to start this process as I'm such a planner !

You can start whenever you get ready. You can always add or change things. The sooner you do it, the sooner you can compare prices and shop around for the big ticket items. If possible try to register as much stuff as possible at Babies-R-Us. After your bundle of joy has arrived they will send you a gift card for a percentage of things that were purchased from your registry.
