Is missionary position okay?

It's honestly the only position that my husband can fully penetrate me in! I put a pillows under me and it works, For some reason doggy and spooning feel painful. Trying to kickstart this labor!

You on top can JumpStart labor it did for me but it was too early in my pregnancy so we stopped doing that position
