How long did you bleed After miscarriage? I miscarried at 8 weeks, had slight cramping and heavy bleeding, went to ER, cervix was already closed and ultrasound showed nothing. I didn't have to have a D&C or take any medicine to help the process, but 4 weeks later my hcg levels are still above the "not pregnant " level and I've been bleeding  heavily the entire 4 weeks.
