When you can't eat ?! :(?

I've threw up everything today :( what do you guys eat when you throw everything up so I can at least give my baby something to eat although I keep throwing it up.

Smoothies or protein shakes helped me. Keep them bland tasting and sip them slowly. 
Apples and icy cold lemon water helped with my nausea too.

Grilled cheese sandwiches. Very light on the butter for grilling.

Watermelon was what got me thru my first trimester. It was the only thing that didn't make me nauseous, plus it's mainly water so that helped prevent dehydration.
