I dont know whats going on never this late

I am 65 day from start of last period. Im not regular but iv never whent this long. My nipples are so sore and im having weird cramping. We have been ttc for almost a year now. I have took test after test this month and all bfn. Ihad 2 doller store test show a vfp after 2 hours and thats the first time those test have done that . Im just confused!
