I've been on my birth control pills for a year and even before that I didn't you the bathroom like I should… I didn't/don't poop regularly.I've been off this pill for a month and I'm still not pooping regularly but I finally got my first period in over a year I'm cramping so bad it's ridiculous I'm hurting I'm really really hurting what do I do about both situations.Since taken does birth control pill I've gained 20 pounds what do I do?
