Does your cycle change after having surgery for endometriosis?

I would say yes. I have endo and I had my first surgery in March and since then I've had every other month periods. Which has been hard tracking my fertile days. Hope this help.

My period has always been regular and it has since stayed. After my surgery I had two bleeding cysts removed and an excision on the stage 4 endo. Had my surgery on the 2nd of the month I ended up bleeding the whole month I had one of the cysts try to reform it self and rupture. Very painful ended up in the hospital and still kept bleeding for about an other week. Once the hormones were all leveled out after the rupture I went right back to my regular cycle. Ovulating right on time and AF right one time

When my endo was bad, my cycles were long, unpredictable and extremely heavy/painful. After my laps, they went to 28 days for Bout 6 months. Then it came back ?
