So I found this video along with a few others on YT and I thought this would help for those who are close to birth. Since I am unable to share the link here's what to search for. Picture below ⬇
I am no medical expert so what I share is just informative ways to naturally prepare the body for labor. I DO NOT recommend you do these exercises if you are in a high risk pregnancy. Please consult with your doctor/midwife first before doing so. When doing these exercises stay well hydrated throughout the day and rest in between and munch on healthy snacks to stay energized.
