What is your preferred method of handling AF?

I use a combo of tampons and pads, just depends on what I'm doing and how heavy the flow. Since having my son I find pads to be more comfortable, strange I know.

It's kind of a combination if I'm real heavy definitely a tampon but if it's light I don't like using a tampon as no one likes pulling a dry one out ouch so on those days it's either a pad or a diva cup especially when ttcing I try to stay away from the tampons

I use a diva cup.  I love it.  No vaginal dryness.  No itching.  No changing it every 3 hours.  Wonderful thing.
