Horrible migraines...

Who else gets horrible migraines due to weather changes??? What do you do to help them? Its fall/winter here and the weather is all over the place 80 one day 30 the next with rain and all that and I've been taking allergy meds Excedrin and hot showers and I still feel like I'm going to vomit ?
