Does the acne get better?

Does the acne ever go away? Currently 18 weeks and my face has been horrible since 2weeks. How do you get it under control?

I normally have really clear skin but I'm now 24 weeks and noticed a lot of dryness and bumps so I went out and bought the Aveeno ultra calming face wash and some Nivea cream it's helping a lot i just wash and moisturize once a day.

Mine just cleared up and I'm 23 weeks. Just be patient. Make sure you're gently exfoliating and definitely don't pick. Changing your pillow cases every other day helps too. Hormonal acne is so stubborn.
