Im a certifying doula so if love to hear what people think they did right or wrong. Also the research I've done showed they can be a significant help during any labor situation especially during non medicaided births!! Im attending my first birth wed! And also in pregnant with #3 and will be hiring a doula ! Good luck everyone !!
