Hemorrhoid during labor, what happens?

I have the worst hemorrhoid and am worried about going into labor with this around!! Have any of you experienced this during labor? What happened?

I had one during my labor and labor and delivery didn't effect it at all (this could be different for other ladies but for me it was okay)

Honestly.... when you push... your whole butt hole is about the size of a golf ball & is on the outside of your body. You won't notice a hemorrhoid.

I have hemorrhoids from my first birth that are there 24/7. So I just wouldn't pay any mind to it at the moment. I'm currently waiting in the arrival of my second so I wonder what kinda damage is gonna be done this time around as well.
