Any other ladies experiencing calf cramps?

24 weeks with #3 getting leg cramps almost like a Charlie horse but not as bad.

Oh god 3 in last few weeks!!! So bad th jolt me from sleep and last like 15 mins!! And for two days after I am sore def the worst part about being pregnant to date

They're especially bad during the night. Flex your toes up toward your knees and that will help! (Note, toes pointing down can make it worse - so make sure you bring toes UP, and then back to normal but don't flex the other way) ;)

I had stretched my leg while in bed, ya know the waking up kinda stretch??, Yea I did that in the middle of the night and got the first major Charlie horse since I've been pregnant! SOB hurt so bad I flung out of bed and started kinda whining and I didn't know what to do!!! My SO woke up and was all worried I said that my calve was cramping REALLY bad I kept trying to wiggle or do something to loosen it up he just sat there rubbed my back and I figured out something to make it loosen up then we went back to sleep and ever since that night I'll stretch and almost get one and then I'll stop stretching instantly!

My osteopath says its lack of magnesium. I'm going to ask my OB tomorrow if it's ok to take a supplement. Also it can be dehydration, but I drink a lot! Of water.

My midwife and chiropractor reocmmended a calcium magnesium supplement nightly before bed, plus plenty of water and stretching. They've all but disappeared!
